Carajillo
10/26/2017
A Carajillo is a common coffee drink in Spain that is combined with brandy or rum. It is believed to have originated in Cuba during the Spanish occupation when troops combined coffee with Cuban rum. This is a nice coffee drink after a meal. Some places simply add the liquor to the coffee, but a traditional Carajillo has the brandy or rum heated before combining to the coffee.
